Sorry for the delay in some of the rants.  I moved back to Manchester, so everything's just been a little hectic.  I have also been tidying up some of the rants scripts, and finally getting round to securing the databases which room the system.  because of this, there may be some errors introduced to the page.  In any regular errors have occurred since the 29th please contact me about them.  (I've already fixed a problem the new comments page, which was showing up right due to the changes).

As usual I have added a few more quotes to the random quote selection.  If you have any good quotes which you would like to see there, please email me them, and if we like them, they will get put into the database.
